The Eccentrics

For the eccentrics I used 1 3/8" x 1/2" cold rolled steel round bar.   In this picture I am about to drill the pilot hole for a 5/8" hole the bearing will fit in.

The offset from center for the 5/8" hole is 3/16".  I also drilled and tapped a 1/4" #20 thread hole for a 1/2" length allen set screw to hold the bearing in place.
