The 2" Rollers - Part 2

Here I used the extra roller I ended up with to set up the lathe to knurl the rollers.   I found the draw across the roller was to slow and had to change some gears to speed it up some, otherwise it would of taken a long time for the tool to move across the roller surface.

This is what the roller started to look like after I ran up and down it's length a couple times.  I made 4 passes with the live roller and 3 with the dead roller.

The finished outcome of the rollers after being knurled.  The left one is the dead roller, the right one is the live roller.
